• Proposal Builder Overview: Get the inside scoop on creating winning proposals! We'll walk you through the simple top-down workflow—from Summary to Program Info, Event Space, Taxes & Fees, and F&B. You'll breeze through filling in room rates, taxes, and assigning meeting spaces, with helpful prompts ensuring you've got everything covered before hitting send.
• Submitting Your Proposal: Ready to seal the deal? Head to the Review Proposal tab to give everything a final once-over. We'll flag any missing info with easy-to-spot red exclamation marks in your Proposal Completion Status. Once you've dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's, just click Submit Proposal and track your progress right from the dashboard.
• Message The Planner: Need to connect with a planner? It's easy! Just select the RFP from your dashboard, head to the RFP menu, and click "Message Planner" to start the conversation. (Quick heads up: planners can choose whether to enable this feature, so don't be surprised if it's not always available.)
