Hotel: "We don't use Hopskip"
I understand! Hopskip is actually designed to make the RFP process easier for both of us. You can click the link in your invitation to access the RFP, craft your proposal, and send it right back to me.
This dashboard is critical for my response tracking, reporting, and presentation tools so please submit your response via Hopskip or reach out to Hopskip’s support team directly via chat for the fastest response.
Hotel: "We already sent the proposal manually"
Thanks for sharing that! To keep everything organized and ensure that your proposal is included in my sourcing history, could you please upload the proposal through Hopskip? That way, it’s included in my reporting on the platform and I can track our business with you for opportunities to work together again in the future!
If you need to sign up, you can do so at https://app.myhopskip.com/signup or reach out directly to Hopskip via chat for the fastest response.
Hotel: "Hopskip is too confusing and time consuming"
Totally understand — it’s new for a lot of hotels, and different than your usual process. I’m confident that the Hopskip team can help you get more comfortable navigating the proposal builder.

You can also connect with Hopskip's support team directly via chat for the fastest response from 8am-8pm EST, Monday to Friday. They are very responsive and happy to assist.
Hotel: "We never received an RFP"
Thank you for letting me know. It might’ve landed in your spam folder or may have been sent to another contact at the property.
Please double check that you are connected to this hotel by logging into your Hopskip dashboard — click your initials in the top right corner, select ‘My profile’, and review the properties you’re associated with.
If you still need help, please reach out to the Hopskip team via chat for the fastest response!
Hotel: "We're not allowed to work with Hopskip"
Thanks for letting me know. Just to clarify—Hopskip is free for hotels to receive and respond to RFPs, and it’s the platform I use to manage sourcing, compare proposals, and track decisions.
Because I evaluate and manage all proposals in Hopskip, submitting there ensures your proposal is properly included in my consideration.
If there are any access or setup questions, the Hopskip support team is available via chat from 8am–8pm EST, Monday–Friday, and they’re very quick to help.
Looking forward to reviewing your proposal.
Hotel: "We need you to send it through our internal system, or another platform"
I understand your process may look different. For my workflow, Hopskip is where I manage all sourcing, tracking, and reporting—it’s critical for ensuring proposals are reviewed consistently and compared apples-to-apples.
Hopskip is 100% free for hotels, with no commissions or booking fees. As a subscription-paying planner, I’m submitting a focused, qualified RFP rather than a mass request.
Submitting through Hopskip ensures your proposal is fully included in my evaluation and sourcing history for future opportunities. If you need any help getting set up, Hopskip’s support team is available via chat from 8am–8pm EST, Monday–Friday.
Looking forward to reviewing your proposal.
Hotel: "How many other hotels are you sourcing for this RFP?"
Great question! I’m intentional about which hotels I source to ensure each property is competing within a high-quality, manageable pool.
Hopskip typically limits planners to sourcing 20–30 hotels per RFP, which helps ensure every hotel receives serious consideration—unlike platforms that allow unlimited outreach.
In some cases, I may also collaborate with industry partners like DMOs, CVBs, or NSOs to identify additional relevant options if they’re a strong fit for the event.
Rest assured, you’re receiving a qualified RFP from a subscription-paying planner with a focused hotel list.
I look forward to reviewing your proposal.
Hotel: "Can you give me more info via email instead of through Hopskip?"
I’m happy to answer any questions, but I do need proposals submitted through Hopskip so everything stays consistent and easy to compare.
That’s how I track proposals, evaluate options, and move decisions forward efficiently. Submitting there ensures your proposal is fully included in my review.
If you don’t already have an account, you can sign up for free—or log in if you do—here: https://app.myhopskip.com/
Thanks so much—I’m looking forward to seeing it come through.
Hotel: "I'm having trouble accessing Hopskip"
No problem at all—Hopskip is free for hotels, and access usually takes just a minute.
If you don’t already have an account, you can sign up for free—or log in if you do—here: https://app.myhopskip.com
If you’re having any trouble accessing Hopskip or the RFP, the Hopskip support team is available via chat from 8am–8pm EST, Monday–Friday, and can help you get set up quickly.
Once you’re in, submitting through Hopskip ensures your proposal is included in my evaluation.
Looking forward to reviewing it.
